Jamia milia Islamia University is pleased to announce Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Scholarship 2024. The scheme will be provided by the Jamia Millia Islamia organization every year. This scholarship is provided by Jamia Millia Islamia Universityto help economically weaker families to take up courses for undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. The Vice Chancellor of JMI pays from the Central Scholarship Fund.  In order to give priority to female students, this scholarship is open to 50% of the total number of female students. This scholarship will be given to 75 students in the current academic year only

Eligibility criteria-

• Students must be citizens of India.
• Contenders must pursue UG and PG Courses on a regular basis.
• Applicants must have at least 75% of attendance.
• Students must have finished either a 10+2 Standard Class or UG Course.
• Candidates must be from an economically weak family whose income should not be more than Rs.2.0 Lac.
• The reservation of 50% of the scholarship will be for female students of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Documents required- 

AcSIR Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Summer Training Program 2022 is supported and organized by the Academic of Scientific and Innovative Research. It is only in science that students with bachelor’s and master’s degrees are eligible to apply. The goal of this program is to provide qualified candidates with the opportunity to spend a two-month summer working with local scientists in AcSIR’s prestigious research laboratory. The environment that encourages trans-disciplinary research.

• The first year of the M.Sc program or equivalent: minimum first-class at pre-M.Sc degree level.
• The students who are currently in the 3rd to pre-final year of M.Sc. and who have a CGPA of 6.0 or more on a scale of 10 can apply for this scholarship.
• The first year of M.E/M.Tech program or equivalent: GPA 8.0 on a scale of 10 OR GPA 7.0 on a scale of 10 for CFTIs at B.E/B. Tech level or GATE Score ≥600 or NET (Engineering) Rank from 1 to 100.
• The students who are pursuing the first to the final year of an integrated ME/MTech program CGPA 8.0 or CGPA 7.0 for CFTIs or GATE Score ≥600 or NET) can apply for this scholarship.
