Duration of Scholarship

• Each student will be awarded the scholarship for the total duration of the course.
• A one-time scholarship will be awarded in the first semester for the duration of the entire course.
• If a student joins another course after getting one time scholarship under one course then that student will be entitled to differential family only.
• The differential amount will be published in the first semester or year of the new course

Not Eligible under e Medhabruti Scholarship

• Open University or distance learning students pursuing their higher studies.
• Students pursuing self-financed general UG/PG courses.
• Students already have scholarships for pursuing higher-level studies under any other scheme of the Central or State Government.
• Students pursuing diploma-level courses are not eligible.
• Students appearing for MPhil or Ph.D. and B.Ed., M.Ed students are not eligible.
• Students completing a technical or professional course following a technical or professional course for the same level are not eligible.
• Students admitted to colleges are not approved by the regulatory body.
• Study abroad students are not eligible to apply.
• Students are verified by the Principal concerned at the time of first-year admission.

E Medhabruti Scholarship: Selection Criteria

The selection criteria laid down by the scholarship authorities are listed below:-

• The selection of students will depend if they fulfill their eligibility requirements fully.
• Selection of students will be based on marks in Last Qualifying Examination.

The terms and conditions that students have to follow for applying for the scholarship are-

• Medhabruti scholarship will be distributed equally to male and female students of Orissa state.
• If wrong information is recorded by the candidates during verification, the scholarship will be canceled.
• If the student registers more than once, their scholarship application will be rejected.

Medhabruti Senior Merit Scholarship
