• Must have graduated from Bihar Board or any University of Bihar.
• Only students from Bihar or students who have cleared the exam in 2022 can apply for this.

Those who have cleared the Bihar Board graduation exam from any university in Bihar in 2022 and completed their course, are eligible for this. If you want to apply for the Bihar Scholarship, then follow the steps given below:-

• After that, you have to register yourself for which click on New Student Registration.

When you register by following the steps mentioned above, you will be given a unique user ID and password. It is very important to fill out the form. The next steps are mentioned below:-

• After the registration is completed, go to the E Kalyan website again and click on Login For Already Registered Students.
• Login by entering your user ID and password and the provided captcha.

• After that, all your information will start showing there. If something is wrong with it, it can be changed from the edit button.
• If everything is OK click on Finalize Application, which is the final process.
• Then click on Kindly Verify Checklist. Thus your application is finally submitted. The print of which can be saved for the future as a PDF file.
