Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship 2024-25 is launched for UG students. Selected students will receive cash awards to cover their educational expenses. Students who will take admitted in the first year of 2022 23 will benefit from the scholarship. Out of the total number of scholarship seats, one seat will be reserved for physically challenged students. Physically challenged students should submit a certificate issued by a medical officer.

• Must be admitted to MBBS, Engineering, BSc Nursing, and Agricultural courses from any university or college in India
• Must belong to any of the following states
  • Gujarat
  • Karnataka
  • Kerala
  • Maharashtra
  • Punjab
  • Tamil Nadu
• Family income should be below three lakh rupees

• Copy of Admission Letter/Admission Memo 
• Copy of course fee structure 
• Copy of Mark sheets of Qualifying Examination* 
• Copy of instructions from the University for converting the CGPA/Grade into a percentage(Mandatory for MBA Applicants) 
• Copy of Family income certificate & Ration Card issued by government authorities 
• Copy of Nativity certificate. 
• Copy of ID proof & Address proof of Student and Parent. 
• Copy of Medical Certificate (applicable for physically challenged students & speech/ hearing/ vision impaired students) 
• In the case of dependant wards of Martyred Armed Forces Personnel who lost their life while serving the Nation, evidence showing the same needs to be submitted.

• Annual Income criteria do NOT apply to the wards of Martyred Armed Forces Personnel.
• Evidence showing the Martyrdom must be submitted.
• All other conditions remain the same as applicable to General Category.

Scholarship for Speech/ Vision/ Hearing impaired students

• Students of this category who are pursuing Degree/Graduation courses or above listed professional courses can apply for the scholarship.
• Speech/ Hearing/ Vision impairment shall be evidenced by a certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of DMO or an approved Medical Officer of the Bank.
• All other conditions remain the same as applicable to General Category.
