Banishree Scholarship was launched on 1st April 2008 specially for all disabled students of Odisha state. Students can fulfill all their educational dreams through Banishree Scholarship Odisha. Object Banishree Scholarship Odisha
The main objective of the Banishree Scholarship is to enable students with disabilities to receive a quality education. Banishree Scholarship Hike Amount
The increased amount of scholarship will be implemented from 2022-23 and will benefit more than 23600 students. Ashok Chandra Panda, Minister for Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, provided this information. The government of Odisha has increased the number of scholarships for differently abled students under Banishree Scholarship Scheme. Banishree Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility criteria are discussed below-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
- The applicant’s family’s annual income should be below 60 thousand rupees.
- The Applicant must be a regular student.
- Applicant should not be in receipt of any financial assistance/stipend/scholarship from the State Government/Central Government. Under any other scheme.

- To apply offline for the scholarship program, first, you have to visit the sub-collector/ block development officer/ head of school/ colleges/ educational institutions.
