Reliance Foundation Scholarship important updates

JIO Foundation scholarship was launched on the 90th death anniversary of Dhirubhai Ambani. If you are pursuing a UG and PG course in 2024 then you are eligible for this scholarship. Up to 5,000 undergraduate scholars will be selected, UG courses up to Rs 2 lakh, and students pursuing PG courses can get up to Rs 6 lakh. The last date of this scholarship is 14th February 2024. This scholarship provides economic support to people who are pursuing UG and PG degrees in India.

Reliance Foundation Scholarship: Eligibility Criteria 

UG Students

• You must be a resident of India
• Passed Standard 12th with a minimum of 60% and is attending a full-time undergraduate degree programme In India
• Students having House Hold income < Rs. 15 Lakhs (preference given to < Rs. 2.5 Lakhs)

PG Students

• You must be a resident of India
• Postgraduate Scholarship: First-year PG Students who secured a score of 550 – 1,000 in the GATE Examination.

OR

• Students who have not attempted GATE but have scored 7.5 or above in their Undergraduate CGPA (or % normalized to CGPA)
• Eligible degree programmes – Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Computing, Electrical/or Electronics Engg., Chemical Engg., Mechanical Engg., Renewable & New Energy, Material, Science & Engg. and Life Sciences.
