ABC ID Card Download 2024
The Government of India has launched a special portal to generate ABC ID cards www.abc.gov.in. Students can only generate this ABC ID card once. This ID will give them a unique twelve-digit number, which will contain a digital record of their academic credits. The University Grants Commission (UGC) issued a notice for this ABC ID on July 28, 2021. In this ABC ID Card Download, students will have credit along with their academic information. This ABC ID allows them to change subjects during the course as well as take breaks and resume their studies if they wish.

Object Of ABC ID Card Download
Many students in our country drop out of their studies due to various problems. The Government of India has specially created ABC ID to solve this problem. ABC ID Card Online 2024 Apply and Registration
Applying for an ABC ID card is a very simple process. Applicants can generate their ABC ID card from their home mobile phone. There are two processes to generate an ABC ID card, we will discuss both processes with you.
- Firstly, visit the official portal of the Academic Bank of Credit or directly access the application page by clicking on the website link provided here: https://www.abc.gov.in.
- Go to the My Account menu and then select Student Option.
- Click on Register as a new user in Meri Pehchan.
- Then generate OTP by entering the mobile number and verify by entering OTP.
- Now enter your full name, date of birth, username, and pin, tick I Agree, and click on the verify button.
- Then verify the account with your Aadhaar number and select the Continue option.
- On opening the Digilcar panel, select college/skills/university, select the college name, and then click on the submit button.
- After submission, your ABC card will be generated successfully; now note down the ABC ID.

- Open the Digilocker app or go directly to www.digilocker.meripehchaan.gov.in/signup.
- Choose Sign In, then provide your mobile number/Aadhaar/username and click the Next button.
- Then select the Search Documents option and input “ABC ID Card”.
- Click on Academic Bank of Credits and enter your Date of Birth, Admission Year, Identity Type, Identity Value, Institute Type, and Institute Name, then click on the Get Documents button.
- Go to Issued Documents and select ABC ID. Following this, your ID will be successfully generated.

After completing the application process and registration process, the last step is for the applicant to download the ABC ID Card Follow the instructions below to download the ABC ID Card in PDF format
Step 1:
Download the DigiLocker app or visit the Digilocker.gov.in website.
Step 2:
Go to Issued Documents Options and select More Issued Documents.
Step 3:
Enter ABC ID and select Academic Bank of Credit.
Step 4:
Wait for the ABC ID card to be retrieved.
Step 5:
Select your ABC ID, download it, and save it as a PDF file.
