Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship: Eligibility Criteria 

Category wise to apply Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship is discussed below:-

Category-A

• Students must be Government Aided School or Government School Class XI and Class XII, students.
• At least 65% marks for male students and at least 60% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination.
• In the case of Karnataka state, 75% marks for male students and 70% marks for female students.
• In the case of west Bengal state, 65% marks for male students and 60% marks for female students.
• The student must be below 30 years of age.
• For Employment, The annual family income  should not be more than 4 lakh rupees
• For Other students, family income should not be more than INR 2.5 lacs per annum.

Category-B

• ITI students are eligible to apply for the scholarship
• At least 50% marks for male students and at least 45% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination
• The student must be below 30 years of age.
• For Employment, The annual family income  should not be more than 4 lakh rupees
• For Other students, family income should not be more than INR 2.5 lacs per annum

• Students who have passed class 12th
• continue education in courses like BA BCom BBA BCA BHM can apply under this scheme
• At least 60% marks for male students and at least 55% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination.
• In the case of Karnataka state, 75% marks for male students and 70% for female students.
• In the case of west Bengal state, 65% marks for male students and 60% for female students.
• The student must be below 30 years of age.
• For Other students, family income should not be more than INR 2.5 lacs per annum
• For Employment, The annual family income  should not be more than 4 lakh rupees

Category-D

• Candidates who are pursuing post-graduation courses like M.A., MCA, M PHIL, M.COM, and M.SC are eligible for this scholarship.
• At least 65% marks for male students and at least 60% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination.
• In the case of Karnataka state, 75% marks for male students and 70% for female students.
• For Employment, The annual family income  should not be more than 4 lakh rupees
• For Other students, family income should not be more than INR 2.5 lacs per annum

Category-E

• Students pursuing Diploma in Engineering and Medical are eligible.
• At least 60% marks for male students and at least 55% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination.
• For Employment, The annual family income  should not be more than 4 lakh rupees
• For Other students, family income should not be more than INR 2.5 lacs per annum
• The student must be below 30 years of age.

Category-F

• Students pursuing Engineering and Medical are eligible.
• At least 70% marks for male students and at least 65% marks for female students should be obtained in the last examination.
• The candidate’s age should be more than 30 years.
• In the case of Karnataka and West Bengal state, 75% marks for male students and 70% for female students.
• The student must be below 30 years of age.

Note:

1. For physically challenged or handicapped students, the eligibility percentage of marks will be passed marks in all categories.
2. At the time of continuation (Repeat) of scholarship in all categories, the minimum percentage of marks for continuation will be relaxed by 5%.
